Production

Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor ensures uninterrupted activities; produces quality and quantity products at the right time as well as motivates a strong and industrious production team. Liaison with planning output requirements. Responsible for the production operator’s attendance and discipline.

Production Operator

A Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in the manufacturing plant as well as preparing items for distribution. The position involves sanitation of equipment, assembling and checking products, and ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly.

Production Relief Operator

A Production Relief Operator is an established and knowledgeable production operator on the entirety of a line's equipment. The Relief Operator can cover breaks on all machine centers; is an SME of more than 3 pieces of equipment and can troubleshoot and perform changeovers on all machine centers. The Relief Operator can be trusted to maintain break scheduling, safety, and GMP practices and consistently encourages a learning environment.

Production Operator Line Lead

The Production Line Lead position performs work conducting and maintaining production standards, ensuring quality and quantity according to production schedules. This position must be able to accommodate the workload of a Production Operator as well as provide leadership to the team.

Maintenance

Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair work in the facility.

Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic position, under limited supervision, performs work of considerable difficulty such as conducting machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Engineering

Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, controlling, and optimizing industrial processes and machinery in the manufacturing industry.

Automation Controls Engineer

PLC and Controls Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting conveyors, AGVs, vertical lifting units, pallet carries in an automated system, and mechanical components used on these systems.

Senior PLC & Controls Engineer

The Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, maintaining, and optimizing all USBP’s automated technologies that control, monitor, and support the manufacturing process, packaging, and associated utilities.

Quality

Quality Improvement Supervisor

The Quality Improvement Supervisor position performs work conducting and maintaining sanitation, quality, and SQF standards. This position must be able to accommodate the workload as well as provide leadership for the team.

Quality Technician

The Lab Technician's primary responsibility is for carrying out the quality control lab testing for the bottling lines as well as calibrating and setting up the lab equipment and ensuring results are recorded accurately on computer systems and datasheets. 

SQF Practitioner

The SQF Practitioner position is responsible for the SQF system, Food Safety Plan, all internal and external audits; all investigations, and root cause analysis.

Batcher

The Batcher is responsible for setting up, operating, and tending equipment that blends and mixes in accordance with the batching process.

Warehousing & Logistics

Forklift Operator

A Forklift Operator’s role is to ship, receive, and move materials and finished goods around the warehouse, storage yard, manufacturing plant, and other work sites.

Warehouse Dispatch

The Warehouse Dispatch assists with the monitoring of the receiving, shipping,  storage, and distribution of all items in the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed.

Automation Technician

The technician will use hand tools for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Warehouse Automation equipment.

Automation Operator

The Automation Operator is an entry-level position in our Automated Robotic Warehousing System. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, enjoy physical work, and possess a varied mechanical skill set that allows him to function effectively in this diverse role. The ideal candidate would be looking to pursue a career in or further education in automation, mechanical or electrical specialties.

Yard Switcher

The Yard Switcher Position requires a tractor-trailer driver with a CDL license working knowledge of all safety procedures regarding switching and moving of trailers, performing yard checks, performing safety checks on yard tractor and trailers and fueling for the yard tractor as needed.

Sanitation

Housekeeping

The Housekeeping Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all offices' common areas and restrooms.

Sanitation Team Member

The Sanitation team will clean a wide variety of equipment within the plant and maintain high-quality of sanitation and over-all cleanliness through-out the plant premises.

Administration

Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable specialist performs routine accounting work in the accounts payable function.

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant works closely with the Controller to handle all accounting operations and prepare and verify financial records of manufacturing sites.

Information Technology

I.T. Support Specialist

The position is responsible for providing support for all incidents and requests to resolve issues either utilizing remote tools or on-site in-person troubleshooting. The position strives to improve customer service and relations by communicating with end-users and resolving incidents in a timely manner. This position interfaces with the user community at large, IT managers, and technical staff.
